Ovi is the door to Nokia's Internet services. It is the one place to connect, manage and share your mobile online activities and we are hiring for the Share service. The Nokia Share on Ovi group is responsible for creating a compelling online service platform for media sharing. This platform is a key component in our broader Internet services vision of providing seamless access to information, entertainment and social networks - at any time, anywhere, from any connected device, in any way that you choose.

Entertainment and Communities

The Entertainment and Communities business drives Nokia's efforts in mobile entertainment and enables people to discover, create, explore and share media. Music, games, video, TV and personal media sharing all fall within the responsibility of the E&C team and this portfolio creates exciting new opportunities for people to connect to each other and the things that matter to them. You can play a lead role in shaping Nokia's growth and transformation by delivering world-leading Nokia branded entertainment services and community experiences.

Key Responsibility Areas/Activities:

Senior manager for Share on Ovi R&D organization

Partners with Service delivery and Service Line to execute on strategy

Manages R&D in Bellevue, WA

Product management - Product & Feature - function definition

Test, Documentation, QA, QE, program management

Program & Schedule Management - Driving SD milestones

Responsible for SL roadmap and Progress

Key Transparency of design interface and shared components

Compliance to definition of key standards

Additional responsibilities:

Participating in strategy development

Integral part of the M&A decision making process in this area

Prioritization of all product / service development

Responsible for integration of current R&D teams

Qualifications

Extensive Development management experience

Broad prod dev (prod definition / engineering / test / etc.)

Domain space expertise in internet services

Broad consumer experience

knowledge of a broad range of technologies and practices as we deliver on device web and pc.

Emerging market technology knowledge to drive innovations in mobile service

Success in building an agile software development team
